Smallpdf
One of the file formats we use a lot these days is PDF as it protects documents from being edited or adds a password to the documents so that no one can view them but we find at times that the document is just too big to email which is usually the best way of forwarding them. That is why I have added smallpdf.com to the free digital tool list as it does exactly what it says on the tin. It compresses PDF documents or even splits them to make them more manageable.
If that wasn’t enough smallpdf.com also added a few extra tools to their website which allows you to convert JPEG files to PDF documents which is similar to online-convert.com but also allows other office documents to be converted to PDF documents or vice versa.
Smallpdf.com also allows you to merge 2 or more PDF documents or unlock password protected PDF documents in the event that you have forgotten the password you used to lock the document.
